Dogs Required For Special Jobs
SPS Proline are always on the lookout for dogs that can be trained as secuirty, guard, patrol or sniffer dogs for within the security, police and armed forces industry. If you believe you have in your possession a dog that could be trained for the workforce please do not hesitate to contact us.
Dogs ideally need to be aged between 10 months and 2.5 years to be within good working age, they should be energetic and ideally love to chase objects such as balls and sticks.
There are several types of dog that can be trained to work in these industries, these are:
- German Shepherds (Male)
- Springer Spaniels
- Labradors
Given that all dogs will be trained to industry standards problem dogs are not an issue.

SPS Proline can provide fully trained protection dogs to family's for personal protection purposes, we are exporters of many highly trained dogs.
SPS Proline often take abandoned or rescued dogs from the local rescue centers and have our experienced dog handlers train them to the highest possible standards. We can also take your own domestic dogs and train them as protection dogs for you and your family.
All our dogs are trained to the highest standards our experienced team train all dogs to the same level of standard we expect from our own workforce and personal dogs.
In order to achieve such levels of training quality we use many of the same techniques that we would use with our own personal and workforce dogs, our personnel receive ongoing training and are trained to Asset Level 2.
All staff are trained by home office accredited facilitators and all training requirements are set by national standards from NASDU (National Association Security Dog Users).
